PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL NEW PET REGISTRATIONS MUST BE DONE IN PERSON AT LA PUENTE CITY HALL

If you have a pet that was licensed/registered in La Puente before, then you already have an account. To access an existing account please try the following:

1) Use your email address to access your account and the email that was sent when you first licensed your pet. If you have forgotten that password or for any reason need a new one, click on the “Forgot Password” option below (Note: NO ONE at City Hall or in Animal Control can reset your password); OR

2) Using your credentials, either sent originally or from your password reset you will be able to update your personal information, your credentials, and your password after logging into your account; OR

3) If you are not sure if you have registered your pet with La Puente, contact the Animal Control Services desk at (626) 855-1555 to verify if your pet is registered in the system and we can advise you of the best method to handle your situation.

RENEWALS AS WELL AS ADDING ADDITIONAL PETS TO YOUR CURRENT ACCOUNT ARE ENCOURAGED THROUGH YOUR CURRENTLY REGISTERED RESIDENT ACCOUNT. PAYMENT FOR RENEWAL ONLINE CAN USE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY.

*Payment for renewal online can be done with credit/debit cards. Payment for new licenses can only be made in person with either credit/debit card, cash, or money order. Money orders are not accepted through the mail.
